A tad more spice

We headed up to the place which features foods of New Mexico, as well as about the best margaritas in town. Small plates with hot green chile sauce on the main course, sides of posole and pinto beans, delectable salad, and always plenty left over for another meal or so; it made the cold walk cozy.

I envy your food finds. Tonight, I crossed the street from the convention center in Long Beach and ate at something called "Islands" (I think), that had some of the most artificial-tasting food I've had in ages. Hot green chiles and posole and pinto beans sound absolutely delightful!

Ooh, that does sound good.

John: When there was one Islands, in West L.A., it was good. Now that it is a chain, it is just plain gross. Avoid!
