Nightmare

Well, I shall never be a nurse. We'll leave it at that. Support and cheering up from beloved offspring and his girlfriend, or I would be far more bummed.
They took me out for a bite of sushi, and the chefs gave us some homemade apple pie with scrumptious coconut ice cream on the side. It doesn't take much usually to feel a bit better.

I'm glad your mom is feeling better. I understand your no-way nursing announcement. My mom is planning on coming to live with us (especially soon if we get the house we've made the offer on), and I've already announced to my siblings that I cannot be her caregiver or nurse. Just not in my nature or repertoire of behaviors. I will cook for, clean up after, entertain endlessly, take shopping, and a myriad of other things, but I can't do the other stuff. We'll leave it at that!

I am glad to hear there's been some improvement.

I'm no nurse, either. Boy, howdy.

So good of you two to keep in touch; wish we could meet at some idyllic spot and hoist a glass together.
Robin, get an in home care serivce lined up for your mom's arrival. I'm thinking I need to schedule them more here.
