Off da charts
So sweet. Who needs a tropical vacation? It reached 71 degrees at one location, and for the first time in months, I could cheerfully say I felt hot when I ran and worked out. It won't last, but it was a tiny bit of cheer.

Yes! It was over 70 here on Tuesday, as well. I sat out in the sun, closed my eyes, and let the sun shine right through me. It was fantastic.
robin, our son called yesterday from the town of Joshua Tree. It's climbing up into the 80's there, and he was commenting about it being really hot, not the optimum situation for rock climbers. Well, I still wasn't very sympathetic!
Out little bit of warmth here was just about perfect, wasn't it?
