Clear and cool
So now April tempts us with cheerily blue skies, yet once outside, turns on the chilliness. One can only stay warm via vigorous exercise.
My beloved spouse decided to go document that property I described yesterday. The early evening light was intense, illuminating the huge clumps of euphorbia we encountered on the way to the strange house and its wildflowers.
We put up the photos he took to illustrate the previous post.

Yup, back in town, but still editing the pics. Will have more later. Basically, we were camped at Indian Cove and did all excursions from there. The big one was on Saturday - an all day trek from our campground to Rattle Snake Canyon on up and around to Willow Hole and back over the plains and through the Joshua Trees by way of the Boyscout trail. Much of the day we spent bouldering and hiking off any kind of trail at all. Wonderful.
Blog on Sister, blog on.
Finally nice enough to do some gardening preparation work up here. But now all my gardening muscles are stiff today. Funny how one forgets one has gardening muscles.
Waitin' with bated breath, 'spike!
Neil, what kind of gardening do you guys do? Flowers, veggies, or both?
