Ending a week
With a hardwon bit of exercise; very heavy gravity in the afternoon. Pleasant evening, whale-watching via the telly; we always learn something from the nature programs, although it is sometimes horrifying. Not sure I'd ever heard of "false killer whales", rather ugly creatures that prey upon baby whales. Makes me run and hide.

Nature does have its dark moments. We just read about dolphins killing porpoises. Yikes. You'd think they'd all band together to kick our ruthless butts.
At least nature's "dark moments" are, well, natural, not some kind of forced gladiator sport.
The dolphins and whales may be intelligent, but they aren't sickos like humans. Thus humans will wipe them out.
