head straightening
Just a couple hours' worth of going up, and not round in circles, sets me right. We three climbers managed to ignore the outside world for a bit.

About Me
- Name: isabelita
I've been around since the birth of rock and roll. Went off to college to get a B.F.A. - married my high school sweetheart, love of my life, with whom I still live - Had a wonderful son, who taught me to climb, after teaching me to be a mother - got a graduate degree in education, taught classroom, tutored the three R's, taught art to elementary kids - I hope to keep active as long as I can.

My AM run was frangrent with jasmine and other buds popping with spring. Same head clearing effect as the climb, I'm sure.
It's always a good idea to look away when you can. Watching this administration is like driving slowly past a wreck.
Kids, I am tempted to run really far away, but we always have to come back to reality...
